KA1 – VIVE, APRENDE E TRABALHA NA UE

O projeto “Vive, Aprende e Trabalha na UE” decorrerá entre setembro de 2017 e agosto de 2019, enquadrado no PEE, como uma das atividades estratégicas de operacionalização da internacionalização definida no PDE da Escola.

Com este projeto pretendemos envolver jovens em formação e staff, com a finalidade de aumentar o capital humano através do contacto com outras realidades sociais e profissionais europeias. Nomeadamente, melhorar o nível de competências e aptidões para o mercado de trabalho europeu; promover a aprendizagem de uma nova língua; aumentar a autoestima e o gosto pela aprendizagem ao longo da vida, promovendo a crítica, a reflexão e o empreendedorismo, fundamentais numa sociedade que está em constante mudança, e evitando também o abandono escolar prematuro.

Os participantes no projeto repartem-se por 2 Atividades. A A1 – estágio de formandos em empresas no estrangeiro, em 2 fluxos de mobilidade: 1º, para Barcelona em Espanha, de um grupo de 15 formandos; 2º, com destino a Brescia em Itália de 15 formandos. Ambos têm a duração de 32 dias. Cada grupo de participantes é acompanhado por formadores. A A2 – formação de pessoal no estrangeiro, também distribuída em 2 fluxos: o 1º para Barcelona em Espanha, de um grupo de 5 elementos; o 2º com destino Brescia em Itália também para 5 elementos de staff.

Relativamente aos formandos são alunos que frequentam os Cursos Profissionais de Vendas, de Multimédia, de Informática de Gestão e de Apoio à Gestão Desportiva. O grupo participante staff será composto por 10 docentes com cargos de direção e coordenação pedagógica, docentes dos Cursos Profissionais, docentes da componente técnica e acompanhantes em FCT.

O projeto inclui atividades a realizar antes da mobilidade que englobam a preparação pedagógica, cultural, social e linguística, a efetuar pela entidade de envio. Durante a mobilidade incluem-se visitas culturais; visitas técnicas; estágio (formandos). Para o staff, além de visitas culturais, haverá visitas técnicas a escolas/centros de formação, visitas a empresas e workshops sobre metodologias e praticas pedagógicas inovadoras.

A disseminação terá o objetivo de partilhar, semear e divulgar os principais resultados – tangíveis e intangíveis – do projeto e sensibilizar outras entidades e pessoas para a importância destes e de outros projetos internacionais. Irá ser feita em vários momentos, em vários formatos e materiais, adaptados a diferentes públicos-alvo (alunos, país, professores, parceiros locais e meio envolvente). Através da disseminação dos resultados obtidos, o projeto contribuirá também para que os participantes e a comunidade envolvente se sintam parte integrante da comunidade europeia, que se quer cada vez mais coesa e unida.

A avaliação será realizada por todos os intervenientes, durante todo o processo. Será efetuada uma avaliação de reação, de aprendizagem e de impacto, com recurso a diferentes instrumentos. O ECB e as entidades parceiras farão uma avaliação através dos contactos que vão estabelecendo via email ou por telefone. No final, todos os participantes elaborarão um relatório descritivo do projeto. Assim, a concretização deste projeto possibilita a valorização de todos os participantes e da instituição através da acomodação e assimilação de novas competências e a capacidade de as potencializar e aplicar na prática futuramente. Espera-se aumentar as competências dos formandos preparando-os para uma melhor integração no mercado de trabalho europeu; contribuir para melhorar o know-how do nosso staff; aquisição e compreensão de novas metodologias e instrumentos de trabalho, de ensino e aprendizagem, bem como proporcionar o conhecimento do funcionamento de outras instituições/empresas, partilhando esta informação com os restantes professores e empresas locais. Estes resultados serão posteriormente disseminados em novos contextos de trabalho.

É também esperado, quer a nível local, regional e nacional, a valorização e reconhecimento do ECB como espaço privilegiado para o processo ensino-aprendizagem, onde a internacionalização surge como processo de oportunidade e inclusão, nomeadamente para os carenciados e desfavorecidos. A nível internacional, apresenta vantagens na cooperação e troca de boas práticas entre diferentes instituições, fomentando laços de intercâmbio que potenciem futuros projetos de mobilidade.

KA1 – “LIVE, LEARN AND WORK IN THE EU”

The project “ECB Live and Work in EU” will take place between September 2017 and August 2019, within the PEE, as one of the strategic activities of international operationalization defined in the school PDE. With this project, we intend to involve young people in professional training, recently graduated and staff, in order to increase the human capital through the contact with other social and professional European realities, such as improving the level of skills and abilities for the European work market; promoting the learning of a new language, increasing self-esteem and enjoying long-life learning, promoting criticism, reflexion and the entreprising aspect, which are fundamental in an ever changing society, and also avoiding the premature giving up of school. This experience is also fundamental for the development of values, such as tolerance, respect and host of people from other countries, immigrants and refugees.

 The participants in the project are divided into 2 activities. The A1 – professional training in companies abroad, in 2 mobilities: first to Barcelona/Spain, of a group of 15 recently graduated students; second to Brescia/Italy, of 15 trainees. Both mobilities have the duration of 32 days. Each group of participants will go with teachers. The A2 – staff training abroad, also distributed in 2 mobilities: the first to Barcelona/Spain, of a group of 5 elements; the second to Brescia/Italy, also with 5 elements of staff.

 As far as the young participants are concerned, they attend or used to attend Professional Courses (CP) of Selling, Multimedia, Computer Management and Support to Sportive Management. The participant staff group will be composed by 10 teachers with management and educational coodination positions, professional courses teachers, teachers of the technical area and supporters in FCT.

 The project includes activities to be carried out before the mobility, which involve the educational, cultural, social and linguistic preparation, made by the sending entity. During the mobility, there will be cultural tours, technical visits and training (students and graduated). For the staff, apart from the cultural tours, there will be technical visits to schools / training centres, visits to companies and workshops about methodologies and innovative educational practice.

 The aim of the dissemination is to share and publicize the main results – tangible and intangible – of the project and sensitize other people and entities to the importance of these and other international projects. It will be done in several moments, in many sizes and materials, adapted to different targets (students, parents, teachers, local partners and surrounding environment). Through the dissemination of the results, the project will also contribute for the participants and the community to be an integrant part of the European community, whose aim is to be more and more united.

 The evaluation will be made by all the intervenients, during the whole process. A diagnostic, intermediate and final evaluation will be carried out using different tools. ECB and the intermediate entities will make an evaluation through the contacts established via email and phone. In the end, they will do a descriptive report of the project. This way, the achievement of this project increases the value of all participants and of the institution, through the assimilation of new skills and the capacity to improve and apply them later in the future. We hope to increase the students and trainees’ skills, preparing them to a better integration in the European work market; to contribute to the improvement of our staff’s know-how; the acquisition and comprehension of new methodologies and work tools, of teaching and learning, as well as providing the knowledge of how other institutions / companies work, sharing this information with the other teachers and local companies. These results will be subsequently disseminated in new work contexts.

 We also hope, locally, regionally and nationally, the recognition of ECB as a privileged place for the teaching-learning process, where the internationalization comes as a process of opportunity and inclusion, especially for the people in need, students with special needs and foreign students. Internationally, it presents advantages in the cooperation and exchange of good practice among different institutions, creating bonds that will give rise to future projects of mobility.
